Database Selection and Editor
This window is used to manage the protocols (or equivalently databases). A protocol consists of a subject directory (where anatomy, surfaces and other relevant data are stored) and a dataset directory (where E/MEG data are stored). Each protocol may have many subjects, each with many datasets. (See m-file help )
TEXT BOXES
EDIT DATABASE NAME
| Name of the selected database. |
SUBJECTS
| Path for the folder that contains the subject files. |
DATASETS
| Path for the folder that contains the E/MEG datasets. |
LIST BOXES
DATABASE NAMES
| Shows the list of available databases. |
BUTTONS
SUBJECTS
| Click to specify the path for the subject for the current database. |
STUDIES
| Click to specify the path for the study for the current database. |
UPDATE
| Click to update the information for the selected database. |
NEW
REMOVE
| Deletes current database. |
CANCEL
| Click to close the window and discard all the changes. |
SAVE
| Click to save all the changes. Hint: If you added a new database to the list, default data and default subject are created for this database automatically. |
