GUI Help
Import Data
This toolbar is used to import real data to the BrainStorm environment. (See m-file help)
CHECK BOXES
TRIAL SELECTION
Split trial in multiple data.mat files: Each trial will be imported in a separate file (recommended)
Sequential Block Read/Write: Immediately write a trial that is read. Slower, but offers better memory handling (recommended). |
MARKERS
TIME RANGE
Read whole trial(s): All time samples of each trial are imported.
Time Range (in seconds): Only a part of the timeseries is imported , as specified in the Time Range text box. |
SPECIFIC PARAMETERS

Remove DC offset: Each trial is normalized to remove DC bias
Based on whole trial: The DC offset is estimated using the whole trial.
Based on pretrigger:
The DC offset is estimated using only the time samples with negative time.

PICK UP A DATA FORMAT
| Select the data format of the files to import. The available data will appear on the available data files listbox. |
PICK UP A REFERENCE FOR EEG.
TEXT BOXES
TRIAL SELECTION
| See and select the trials for the selected original data file. |
TIME RANGE
| See and select the time range for the selected original data file. |
LIST BOXES
ORIGINAL DATA FILES AVAILABLE
| Available data files in the selected format. |
ASSOCIATE TO SUBJECT
| You can associate this data to an existing subject or a new subject by selecting the appropriate line in the list box. |
