Cortical Scouts Manager
Selects scouts (probes) on cortical localization maps, to inspect their timeseries. (See m-file help)
Hint: To overlay localization maps with the surfaces, select the source:plot button in the Data Viewer. Then select 'dispatch scouts' from the Cortical Scouts Manager.
DROPDOWN MENUS
TIMESERIES MODE
| Mean |
Plot mean timeseries from all the vertices that compose the scout.

Plot the maximum of the vertices' timeseries. |
| All |
Plot all timeseries of the vertices that compose the scout. |
PLOT MODE
| Overlay |
Scout timeseries are plotted on the same axis.
