Cortical Scouts Manager

Selects scouts (probes) on cortical localization maps, to inspect their timeseries. (See m-file help)

Hint: To overlay localization maps with the surfaces, select the source:plot button in the Data Viewer. Then select 'dispatch scouts' from the Cortical Scouts Manager.

DROPDOWN MENUS

TIMESERIES MODE
Mean

Plot mean timeseries from all the vertices that compose the scout.

Max Plot the maximum of the vertices' timeseries.
All Plot all timeseries of the vertices that compose the scout.

PLOT MODE
Overlay

Scout timeseries are plotted on the same axis.

Column Layout Scout timeseries are ploted on different axis.

ACTIONS
Delete scout

Deletes a scout

Rename scout Renames a scout
Load scout file Loads a scout file
Save scout file Saves a scout file
Extract time series of selected scouts to a file Save timeseries to a file
Define scout from correlation with sensor Use the thresholded map to automatically define a set of scouts.
Define scout from thresholded current map  

LIST BOXES

AVAILABLE SCOUTS
Displays all available scouts.


CHECK BOXES

ABSOLUTE VALUE
Plot the absolute value of the scout timeseries.

CONSTRAINED
Scouts cannot overlap on the cortical surface.


BUTTONS

PROBE
Set a new scout .

ACTIVATE
Display the timeseries of the scout.

SHOW SELECTED
Show the selected scout.

CLOSE
Close the Cortical Scout Manager.
