Subject Editor
Edit information associated with the subject(s) in the current database. (See m-file help)
TEXT BOXES
| Fill out the name, comments, date of creation and modification fields to specify the information about the current subject. |
DROPDOWN MENUS
AVAILABLE MRI FILES
| Shows the list of anatomies in current database in BrainStorm format (*subjectimage.mat). |
TESSELATION FILES
| Shows the list of all tessellations available for the current subject file in BrainStorm format (*tess.mat). |
LIST BOXES
SUBJECT(S) IN DATABASE
| Shows the list of subjects available in the current database (protocol). |
BUTTONS
ADD
| Saves a new subject file (*brainstormsubject.mat) with the parameters currently selected at the Subject Editor. |
UPDATE
| Updates the current subject file with the parameters in the Subject Editor. This is very useful when a new MRI file is imported, and not yet connected with the subject file. |
REMOVE
| Deletes the selected subject file. |
IMPORT NEW (anatomy)
| Opens the MRI Tool, to import a new anatomy. |
SURFACE MANAGER
Opens the Surface Manager, which lets you manage (import, visualize, align, downsample etc) surfaces. |
WARP
QUIT
| Click to close the window. |
DONE
| Click to accept all the changes and close the window. |
