Simulator Data Spherical Head
Simulate data for spherical head model. (See m-file help)
TEXT BOXES
LOCATION OF SIMULATIONS
| 3 text boxes in this section shows the Data (or Study) Root, Study Folder, and Study Name respectively. |
SPHERE PARAMETERS
| Head Center |
Shows the origin point for the head model. |

SENSOR PARAMETERS

Shows the number of Sensors |
| Spacing |
Shows the spacing between the sensors. |

Sources |
Shows the number of (dipolar/multipolar) sources to be created. |

Shows the number of time points to be used in simulated data. |
SENSOR NOISE
| Percent Variance |
Shows the variance of the noise on sensors. |

SENSOR PARAMETERS
| Coverage |
Shows the list for different sensor coverage. Select either Upper Hemisphere or Spherical to place the sensors only around upper hemisphere or around all head respectively. |
Sensor |
Shows the list of sensor types. |
DATA PARAMETERS
| Modality |
Shows the list of modalities. Select MEG/EEG to create simulated MEG/EEG data. |
SENSOR NOISE
| Generator |
List of noise type to be used on sensors. |
BUTTONS
PREVIOUS RESULTS
| Click to select a file to load in a set of starting points for Data Parameters. |
GENERATE
Click to generate simulated data. |
LIST BOXES
DATA PARAMETERS
| Model |
Model of the source. Dipolar or Multipolar sources are available. Click to right button of the mouse to specify the model. |
| Location (mm) |
Shows the coordinates for the source. Click to right button of the mouse to Edit the current location or to select random location. |
| Orientation |
Shows the orientations for the source. Click to right button of the mouse to Edit the current location or to select random orientation. Select Force Tangential section to get tangential orientations. |
Amplitude |
Shows the amplitudes of the associated time series. Click to right button of the mouse to Edit the current values. |
Delay |
Shows starting delay for the source. Click to right button of the mouse to Edit the current values. |
Waveform |
Shows the waveform for the corresponding source. Click to right button of the mouse to select the waveform. |
