Simulator MRI Sphere
Creates a simulated MRI volume representing white matter, cortex, CSF, skull, and scalp as cocentric spheres. (See m-file help)
TEXT BOXES
SUBJECT ROOT
| Shows the path of current Subject Root. Should be same as the Subject Root in Data Manager. |
SUBJECT NAME
| Name for the new subject. Hint: A new folder named <Subject Name> under the current Subject root is created. |
VOLUME NAME
| Name for the new MRI volume. Hint : A new volume file, under the <Subject Name> folder, named <Volume Name>_FOV_<Field Of View>_SIZE_<Voxels On A SIde>.vol is created. |
CENTER OF SPHERE
| Shows the Origin of the simulated MRI volume. |
FIDUCIAL COLOR
| Shows the color code for the fiducials. |
LIST BOXES
BOUNDARY NAME
| Shows the names of the boundaries to be included in the simulated MRI volume. Click to right button of the mouse to remove/edit an existing boundary, or to add a new boundary. |
RADIUS (mm)
| Shows the Radiuses of the corresponding Boundaries. Click to right button of the mouse to edit Radius/Thickness of the selected Boundary. |
COLOR (0-255)
| Shows the Color codes for the corresponding Boundaries. |
BUTTONS
GENERATE
| Click to generate the simulated MRI volume. Hint: You can see this MRI volume using MRI Tool Load BST Format button. |
