Data Viewer
Lets you visualize E/MEG data, select time regions for subsequent processing, do interactive source localization, and visualize the results. The BrainStorm Tutorial section VISUALIZE DATA shows an application of this window. (See m-file help)
TEXT BOXES
TIME
| Start |
Specify the starting time to visualize the data. |
| Step |
Sampling period of the channels with default value of 8ms. You should generally avoid editing this value. |
| Stop |
Specify the ending time to visualize the data. |
DROPDOWN MENUS
DATA VIEWING
| Original Data |
Select to view the original data. |
| Time Display |
Select the display form for time. You can visualize the time series for each selected sensor overlayed (Select Overlay) or separately (Select Column), or both (the selected item has a star). Select No Time Display to visualize the scalp topography only. |
| Scalp Topography |
Select the scalp topography style. Select No Scalp Topography to visualize the time courses only. |
ANALYSIS
| Localization Methods |
Different Imaging and Scanning localization methods are available. One step implementation of these methods is available in the Inverse Solutions menu of BrainStorm Main Window. |
SOURCE VIEWING
| Time Display |
Select the display form for time. You can visualize the time series for each selected sensor overlayed (Select Overlay) or separately (Select Column). |
