This window is used to set the parameters for RAP-MSIC method. (See in m-file help)

COLUMN NORMALIZATION
| Check to apply column normalization to the columns of the forward operator. |
CURRENT DIPOLES
| Solve for current dipoles |

| Multipoles are not implemented yet. |
SYNCHRONOUS PAIRS OF DIPOLES
| Estimate pairs of dipoles, instead of individual dipoles. If you know you have synchronous activity in two separate brain areas, it is better to use this option than single current dipoles |

CORRELATION THRESHOLD
| Select a correlation threshold for the result. Typically select 0.95, but you may decrease the threshold in no sources are identified. |
REGULARIZATION PARAMETER
| Select the parameter for the selected regularization method. |
HEAD MODELS DIRECTORY
| Shows the path for the head models. |
