Parametric Estimation Data Selector
Shows the estimated signal and noise subspaces based on the estimated rank of the data. Singular values of the data matrix and the estimated rank are shown on the right side. Rank can be changed and the corresponding decomposition of the data is shown on the left side automatically.
Press Help button and watch the Messages window for detailed explanation. (See m-file help)
RADIO BUTTONS
DATA TYPE
Check appropriate button (MEG/EEG) to select the correct type of data.
TEXT BOXES
RANK
Shows the Rank of the data covariance matrix that is used in the signal and noise subspaces. An optimal value is calculated automatically when you open the window, but you can still change the value. You can use the slider bars to change the value as well. Hint: You can use bigger values if you cannot find any source, or smaller values if you find more sources than you expected.

STATISTICS
Shows the statistics for the current rank. Also gives the study/subject related information for the current scheme.

ZOOM MODE
Click to be able to observe the data in detail. Hint: If Zoom Mode is on, select the part you want to observe in detail by using the left button of your mouse.
DECOMPOSE
Click to decompose the data in signal and noise subspaces according to the current rank value.
