I am a research assistant professor at the Signal and Image Processing Institute (SIPI) at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. I am part of the Biomedical Imaging Research Group (director: Professor Richard M. Leahy), which I joined in 2002. My research interests are in the fields of MEG/EEG source reconstruction and time series analysis and optical bioluminescence and fluorescence tomography.
I moved to Los Angeles from my home country of Germany in 2002, after graduating from the Rheinisch-Westfaelische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen, where I studied physics.
