Hello

I have realized avi files from the animations of the sources above the left and right hemisphere. Is there a possibility to have a single file displaying both sides instead of 2 files or/and to have the brain and the waveforms in the same avi file instead of 2 avi ?

Hi Ghislaine!

Sorry, the movie editing abilities of BrainStorm are quite limited. You may only generate a movie of what you actually see in the DataViewer or SurfaceViewer windows. I'd suggest you edit the avi's using another software (I personnally use Adobe Premiere); or even develop a small Matlab script in that purpose.
