Subject Editor: Default values re-appear after save

New text entered in the fields Name or Special Comments (and possibly in other fields as well, I did not test) is replaced by the default text after saving. The information is stored, nevertheless, as can be seen by selecting the subject again using the pull-down menu. Thus, it's not a real bug, but it is irritating for the user.
