Dear Brainstormers

When trying to plot the EEG sensor_result.mat into MRIViewer, to fix the electrode positions I get the following message:

Results structure does not contain all necessary fields

I would like to know if there is another way to plot the EEG electrodes in order to correct their position onto MRI.

Another question is if someone can disponibilize the coordinates (X,Y,Z) for the 10-20 EEG International System.

With my best regards,

Roberto Piedade

The sensor_result feature is currently disabled - I'll put it back into the upcoming update of BrainStorm (i.e. shortly). Another way to check electrode registration would be to visualize them along with the scalp surface. This is indeed possible in the DataViewer when selecting

Data Viewing -> Surface Topography -> Scalp surface

But this requires that you move the MRI tessellations into the subject;s coordinate system, which might be the MR's in your case. The subject's editor Surface Alignment tool can help you here: please check http://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/GUI_BST_DM_SM_TessAllignTool.htm page for information.

Let me know how things are progressing.
