Hello all,

I am a new BrainStorm/Brain Suite user and had a question regarding importing of native formats. The data I intend to analyze is 4D/BTi format and I noticed that at the moment, BrainStorm does not directly read this data. Would anybody happen to have any suggestions as to how I can condition the raw data so that BrainStorm would be able to read it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Roozbeh

We have experienced difficulties in accessing BTi's formats and thefore in designing a Matlab import filter.
I would suggest you translated your data in the generic ASCII ir binary format we have. See http://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/TutorialImportRawData.html for details, and more specifically the help_data_raw.m file to get more details on the format per se.

Let us know how we can help more.
