GUI error during the inverse imaging

Found this bug when I was showing the new student how to use brainstorm on the demo data. The problem is that you have to have the surface manager opened when you try to do the inverse imaging. Otherwise, matlab will complain that it could not found the GUI handles. This is not a problem if you follow the tutorial in one matlab session. But if you did the import and headmodeling before and just come back to do the inverse imaging and you don't have the surface manager opened, you will run into the problem.

I will added something in the tutorial about this before someone fixes the problem.

following Brian's comments above, I believe you just need to keep the Surface Manager window open. is that right?

Although I kept the surface manager window open, It was not work. It gave Warning Dialog: Results structure does nt contain all necessary fields. I can not have inverse imaging in MRI Viewer window. Furthermore In matlab command It was contained that "

I tried to find out what happened in your case, I could not reproduce your error.

Did you try inverse methods other than RAP-MUSIC, such as minimum norm or lcmv?

Can you tell me which version of Matlab you are using?

Thank you very much for replying and for attending to my problem. My Matlab is Matlab 7.0.1 version. This error is occured while Rap-music Source Estimation part in tutorial is applied, at Parameters RAP-Music window Corr. thres: 0.9 and after clicking on execute button.

I tried again, it gave "Results structure does not contain all necessary fields" warning dialog. MRI Wiever window was not formed. And this error was camen:

My matlab 7.0.1 consists of 3 cds. But I could install only first cd. The other cds were damaged. Does This state create a trouble ? Or what is another problem ?
