Hello,
I'm a new user. Following is my running environment: window XP SP3 Matlab 7.1 BrainStorm v. 2.2.39 (04-Feb-200 It failed when I generate head model with BEM. My MEG data format is FIF Neuromag. I checked the Interpolative, Linear, and Collocation on the window of BEM Parameters. Here is my situation: ================================================== === Warning: 'MEG Transfer Matrix data stored in file MES\BrainStorm\run_avg__megxfer_Linear_Collocation ' exceeds MATLAB's maximum name length of 63 characters and has been truncated to 'MEG Transfer Matrix data stored in file MES\BrainStorm\run_avg_'. > In bst_message_window at 158 In bem_xfer at 658 In bst_headmodeler>bem_GainGrid at 2314 In bst_headmodeler at 1186 In headmodeler_gui>HRunHeadModeling_Callback at 1295 In headmodeler_gui at 222 ??? Undefined function or variable "GBEM_grid". Error in ==> bst_headmodeler>bem_GainGrid at 2610 GBEM_grid = zeros(length(OPTIONS.Channel),size(GBEM_grid,2)); Error in ==> bst_headmodeler at 1186 BEMGaingridFileName = bem_GainGrid(DataType, OPTIONS, BEMChanNdx); % Computation of the BEM gain matrix on the 3D interpolative grid for MEG and/or EEG data Error in ==> headmodeler_gui>HRunHeadModeling_Callback at 1295 [G,OPTIONS2] = bst_headmodeler(OPTIONS.StudyFile,OPTIONS); Error in ==> headmodeler_gui at 222 feval(varargin{:}); % FEVAL switchyard ??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback. ================================================== === My dataset path is "D:\MES". It's short enough, isn't it? And My dataset path is "D:\BST_data\BSTDemoData\MEGData" when I run the Tutorial. But It nerver have that problem. Did anybody meet the same problem?
