Hi, everyone! I have downloaded the dataset with spike markers by the Epilepsy Centre in Freiburg, and imported the EEG data successfully. However, the spike marker from “sample_epilepsy/data/tutorial_spikes.txt” in Matlab is a vertical line. So how can I confirm which channel of EEG has spikes at certain time?

I’m sorry, I just realized that we skipped your message…
In Brainstorm, the events are not attached to a specific channel, they are defined for all the recordings. In this dataset, most of them where marked based on FC1.
If you mark spikes on multiple channels, I’d recommend you create multiple event categories. If an event name matches a channel name, a dot will be displayed over this specific channel on top of the spikes. Create keyboard shortcuts to make the marking easier.
