Coherence graphs for MEG

I have run a coherence nxn analysis on my MEG data and i wanted to look at the graph display on it. However because there are so many channels I am unable to read what channels are connecting with others. When I zoom in it only zooms into the center so by the time the channels become legible, the top and bottom third of the graph ring are cut off. I am unable to navigate by moving from the central point to any channels when i am zoomed in. Additionally exporting the data doesnt come with channel names so i am unable to determine channel names that way either.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Josh

Hi Josh,
I’m sorry, this graph display was never fully finished by the student who developed it. It was initially an experimental feature and never got properly cleaned up, released and documented. Now we need to rewrite most of it for various reasons. We currently don’t have the resource necessary to work on this, but hopefully this year someone will dedicate some time to improve the connectivity computation and display.
