Magnetic resonance conductivity imaging (MRCI) toolbox is written in MatLab language to 
facilitate the experimental studies and provide an integrated view of the MR-based conductivity 
imaging. 

This toolbox consist of several algorithms, 
	For current density imaging,
		01. Projected current density type-1
		02. Projected current density type-2
		03. Regional projected current density
	For isotropic/ equivalent isotropic conductivity imaging,
		04. Harmonic Bz
		05. J-substitution
		06. Transversal J-substitution
		07. Non-iterative harmonic Bz
	For anisotropic conductivity using DT-MREIT imaging,
		08. DTMREIT non-iterative 
		09. DW J-substitution 
	For anisotropic conductivity using CTI imaging,
		10. CTI
		11. EPT (MR-EPT used for CTI framework)
