Artifact detection based on peak-to-peak amplitude for SEEG data

Dear Brainstormers,

I would like to apply the process " Artifacts > Detect bad channels: peak-to-peak " to my SEEG data. Is it actually possible to do it?

I tried by entering a rejection threshold for EEG sensor type (which is the more relevant option in my case). The process is running but it seems that the trials that should be rejected are not (it keeps all the trials, does not mark the bad one).

Many thanks in advance for your answer!
Cheers
E.

Sorry for the response delay.
Indeed, there was no option to handle SEEG recordings in this process.
I added it with this commit: Detect peak-to-peak: Add option to handle ECOG+SEEG · brainstorm-tools/brainstorm3@a5930ac · GitHub

Please update Brainstorm and try again.
