I run the connectivity calculation for Phase Transfer Entropy NxN through brainstorm. I select the ''Apply scout function: before''. Hence I get a 120x120xfrequency bands adjacency matrix. However, this adjacency matrix doesn't have zero diagonal elements. Shouldn't this be fixed?
