Hi all,
I have an issue with files that somewhat disappeared from the protocol tree, but are (luckily) still present on disk.
I'll just paste it here for clarity. This is how my functional protocol tree looks in Brainstorm:

But this is what I have on disk:

The issue is obviously that the "Group analysis" folder looks empty in the database, but there are data that I would like to appear in there! These are important group-level results that we need for the paper we're writing. Is there a way I can get all these data_
files appear in my protocol tree again?
I have reloaded the protocol already.
Many thanks,
Max
That protocol seems to be broken, though:
When I startup Brainstorm with that protocol loaded, the tree shows "Loading..." for a while, then nothing anymore:

Until I click on the "anatomy" tab, and back.
Anatomy

Functional

How can I rescue that protocol?
As you may guess, this bug appeared after that previous issue we talked about here.
Many thanks,
Max
There are weird things in your database, like this folder data/@default_subject
.
I'm sorry, I have no idea what the impact of these errors can be.
Why your intra-subject folder is not showing up: I have no idea.
Make sure you didn't alter the configuration of the Group analysis subject (shared anatomy folder, shared channel file).
Don't you have a clean backup of this database that you can start fresh from?...
