I've started getting an error message as below while running permutation paired t-tests.
The same message arises when I try to run a different test(as below), so I'm confused what is causing it. In addition, I've had run the same test before (with the same data), without any issues.
Can anyone give me some direction how to troubleshoot the problem? Thank you.
It looks like you have some corrupted data structures in your database.
At least one of the stat files you have in your database has a Comment field that contains something else than a string (it is either empty or it contains something else like a cell array of strings).
Try identifying and deleting this file.
If this file was created by Brainstorm, please let me know exactly how to reproduce this behavior, so I can fix this issue.
