Changed channel file doesn't change scouts

Hi,

We used Minimum norm imaging in Compute sources[2016] to calculate scouts and noticed that we used the wrong channel file.

Then we repeat the above processing with same EEG data, same BEM model, but different channel file (left and right channels flipped). We thought that the scouts for left and right hemisphere should be also flipped, or at least different. But we still get the exact same scouts data.

Does anyone know the reason?

Hello

It is not possible for us to address this question, there are too many steps where you could have done something wrong.
We you do changes like this, make sure you start over from the beginning (creating a new subject), to make sure Brainstorm does not reuse any intermediate results computed with the previous configuration.
