In the analysis of functional connections between scouts, there are two options: 1- intensity threshold and 2- distance filtering.
What is the best values for them ?? If you have an paper or manuscript about choosing these options, please share it with me.

These are display options, for helping you explore visually your results, when prototyping your analysis pipeline. You should not be using such parameters for any published results.
Thresholding in publications should be done through proper statistical analysis, with non-parametric tests.
