Classification and analyzing functional connectivity when export to excel format

Hi experts,
I have extracted the graph of functional connectivity using two methods, envelope correlation, and PTE, and saved these results in different frequency bands as an excel file.
As you know the data in the Excel file indicate the intensity of the connections through different thresholds.
How can I classify and analyze these data? is a special method to classify these connections in different ranges?

Statistical tests between experimental conditions or groups of subjects are probably the only way to obtain meaningful thresholds of these connectivity matrices.
