Can I import a data to Brainstorm and clean it from the artifact then to export the clean data to matlab?

Hi sajidah,
It is possible to export any Brainstorm object, including your signal data, at any point during your analysis directly from the Brainstorm interface. Just right click on the object in the database and go to File -> Export to file / Export to Matlab. Other basic formats such as CSV, Excel and EDF are also supported on top of Matlab files.
Note that you need to import your raw data in Brainstorm after pre-processing to make sure it is applied to the data. More info is available in our tutorial pages (you can follow them up to #15).
