Hello. Is there any fuction that would not only show connectivity map as graph, but brain 3D or 2D model as well, with all arrows as I can see in graph model?
Something that would look similar to fibers option, but with the direction.

There is a 3D visualization mode for connectivity available in Brainstorm:
https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/FiberConnectivity
For now though, it does not show arrows for directed graphs.
