dSPM Group Analysis

Dear Brainstorm users,

I’ve computed source analysis by using dSPM for all of my sample (17 subjs) and eveythings seems fine. Now I’d like to perform the same analysis at group level. I was wondering if you could please give me an insight on the best way to do that? How can I compute the “averaged” head model for all my subjs?

You can compute the average dSPM maps for the each subject and each condition, then project them on the default anatomy. The recommended procedure is detailed in these tutorials:
