I have 64 channel scalp surface EEG data. Epoch (-200 to 800 ms, i.e., pre-stimulus -200 to 0 ms) and the sampling rate is 500 Hz. I want to do source localization for every trial. Could anybody suggest the required parameter selection for adequate source localization? The following are the default parameters values. I'm wondering are these default values are sufficient for adequate source localization?
Unless you understand clearly the implication of modifying them, keep all the advanced parameters to their defaults.
The dSPM values are usually easier to interpret than the sLORETA ones, but you should end up making the same group-level observations with both (using non-parametric statistical tests between conditions or subgroups of subjects)
