Error in computing head model from fluence and downloading fluence data source

Hello all , I use the Colin 27 4nirs template and want to run NIRS–– Source—Compute head model from fluence.

But i got an error like this:

I checked the url https://neuroimage.usc.edu/resources/nst_data/fluence/ and found that there are only “fluence_685nm“files available.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Sebastian

Hello,

The solution would be to compute the fluences. (see: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/NIRSTORM#Computation_of_the_fluences)

@Raymundo.Cassani, is there enough storage in the server to add the fluences for the 830 wavelength? if yes, i can compute it and prepare you a zip with the files.

if you can’t compute fluences, you can export your subject and host it somewhere, and i could compute it using our lab computer and send you the needed file.

Edouard

Thank you! I have already computed the fluences, but I don't know if there was any mistake in my operation.

1.Does "average estimated hemodynamic response" refer to dOD? I dragged it into the process box.If I drag the HB into the box, I will get an erro.
2.To run it, I modified the wavelength in “tissues_property.json”.

yes. it refer to dOD.

It should be ok. If you want to be sure; you can post your modified version of “tissues_property.json” here if you want. [edit] Actually, if your wavelength is 830, then i don’t think modification is necessary as it is already in the provided file: nirstorm/bst_plugin/forward/tissues_property.json at master · Nirstorm/nirstorm · GitHub

I suggest also checking the sensitivity map and compare the two wavelengths. The values should be relatively comparable between the two wavelength.

Edouard

According to the previous report, it seems I need the fluences for two wavelengths: 785nm and 830nm. So, I just added “785” in the "tissues_property.json".

Hi Edouard! Thanks for your help now i get the source reconstruction result like this.

I want to extract and export the scout time seires of hbO and hbR, but i have no idea what to do next.
Could you teach me? Thanks.

@edelaire which size are we talking in here?
