@Xihuitljh and @mian, the error happens inside a KiloSort function. It may be caused by issues with the data.
Which pre-processing was performed on it?
How many channels are in the data?
Are there repeated channels?
Are there flat channels?
Lastly, could you share a file that is giving the error to replicate on my side?
