I'm sorry, I don't have any solution to suggest to read such a gigantic text file.
This should not be handled this way, these recordings should be saved as a binary file.
If you manage to convert it to a matlab matrix, you could maybe save it as a .mat file, and load it Brainstorm with less risks of memory problems...
