I think I have found the problem with the automatic installer, I posted a bug fix:

For testing the installer again:
- Update Brainstorm
- Remove the iso2mesh folder from the Matlab path
- Delete the .brainstorm/iso2mesh folder
- Start again the FEM mesh computation
