Hat is the best threshold for sliding window in MEG?

Hi all,
I have a resting state and eye-opened MEG data set which is about 5 minutes long collected at Montreal Neuroimaging Institute (MNI). The minimum and maximum of recordings are different for each subject. For example for subject1: min: -2000 max: 2000 femto Tesla, for subject2: min: -1000 max: 1000 femto Tesla, for subject2: min: -1500 max: 1000 femto Tesla. I want to use Sliding Window for preprocessing. According to your experience, what is the best threshold for this dataset?

Do you mean that you want to reject trials with peak-to-peak amplitudes or absolute amplitudes higher than a specific threshold?

We don't use much this method for rejecting data, therefore we would not be able to give you recommendations.
