Is it possible to overlay all my subjects’ intracranial electrodes on a single standard brain template (e.g., MNI/ICBM152), similar to the attached figure? If yes, could you point me to the recommended workflow or tutorial?

@Renoald, yes it is possible.
Currently, you can do it like this: (i) Export the locations for the iEEG contacts for each subject in MNI space; (ii) Concatenate all contacts into a file; (iii) Lastly import that final file into a subject using the default anatomy. See details in this other post:
