How to set manual colorbar values in Connectivity graphs?

Dear users,

we are trying to compare the graph topologies of PLV values across population between two conditions. After opening the two connectivity matrices and displaying them as graphs, by clicking on one of the two we thought we could manually set min, max values and that those values would apply to both. Despite what we believe, this is not what is happening. Also other colorbar options are not working properly in our version such that also selecting [0, max ] the minimum value shown in colorbar apparently is still > 0.

Is there a know issue about this? How do you guys perform a visual comparison between two graphs (at sensor level)?

All the best,

Hi Gabriele,

I fixed this bug preventing from setting correctly the min-max of the colormap for the connectivity graphs. This had been introduced in a major update of the connectivity graph display in April 2019.

Please update Brainstorm and try again.

Thanks for reporting this issue
Francois

PS: Displaying the full connectivity matrix (menu "Display as image") is maybe a more stable and easy way to compare visually two connectivity results.

Did you try to display the results as virtual fibers ? That’s a cool new feature in Brainstorm.
