Importing channel file tsv

Hi,

I'm trying to load the attached channel file, but I get this error when I try to do it.

The coordinates are in cm.

Could you help me with this? I checked the line of the error in the function channel_detect_type.m but I still do not understand what is the error. sub-pilot02_ses-01_electrodes.tsv (5.0 KB)

Hi Silvana,

The error is shown because the .tsv channel file uses comma (,). However, in the BIDS specification, " Numerical values MUST employ the dot ( . ) as decimal separator" [Ref]. The error is solved by replacing the commas with dots.

When importing, select 10 as scaling factor. Also, after a quick glance, it seems there some issues with the coordinates in the .tsv file, e.g., the location (xyz) for P4 in the file is "5.6 -52.78 9.58"
