Is there a way to verify that the headmodel is correctly calculated?

Hello all,

I calculated the headmodel using the DUNEuro FEM tutorial (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/Duneuro) and it took roughly two hours to complete.

I now have an FEM model in my functional data tab:

Is there a way I can verify that the headmodel is indeed correctly calculated?

Thanks in advance!

I used the following selection in the anatomy tab to calculate the headmodel:

If i select "view leadfield vectors" from the headmodel in the functional data tab and then "average reference" I get the following image:

and my electrode file looks like this:

Hi,

Thank you for using this package.

From the figures, it looks that your computation works fine.

In order to display the lead field vector, you need to select two electrodes,
you can simply use the keyboard arrows, and for more options, you can hit "H" and it will display all the possible options.
