Is this possible to use brainstorm to do coherence analysis of fMRI data?

Cell array of signals {[nSignals1, nSamples1], [nSignals2, nSamples2], ...}
nsignal: means bold signal value.
nsamples: means numbers of sampling points.
Is my understanding right?
