Hi there,
When I load various volume atlases in MNI space to brainstorm, the label names do not appear, only the label indices. I have a .txt file with the same name as the atlas, containing the label index and label name on each line, in the same folder as the atlas, as is specified in the volume estimation tutorial. However, this does not seem to work. I have tried this with several different atlases and configurations of the text file, but no success.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
