Netstation/ EGI files: adding the 'time (ms) delay' offset

Hi,

I acquired EEG data with Netstation (EGI format) and to process the data in Brainstorm I need to account for a time(ms) delay offset that will be applied to every event (the offset is regarding trigger delay for events sent between display and acquisition computer).
How do I add a 50ms delay to each event before segmenting/ epoching each file?

Hi Sonia,

The easiest solution is to modify the events in your continuous files (menu Events > Add time offset in tab “Record”, or process with the same name).

Otherwise, the safer approach for the visual and auditory presentations is to use record the stimulation triggers with a microphone or photodiode, as described in this tutorial:
