I would like to re-reference my SEEG data using the closest white matter contact.
Can I do that using brainstorm?

Hi Emilie,
The grey/white labelling of the SEEG contacts is not handled yet by Brainstorm.
If you have constructed manually your list of closest white contact for each valid grey matter contact, you can create a re-referencing montage. Menu "Edit montage", create a new re-referencing montage, based on any channel in your dataset, then edit it to subtract from each contact the value of its closest white point.
