We have a folder tree with multiple sub-folders and we want to create similar structure in the brainstorm database for further analysis and visualization. However, bst database seem to have strict organization and tutorials say that there can be only one level of sub-folders.
Is there any way to generate database with the processed files, making multiple nodes and sub-folders, or any possibility to organize database structure from scratch through scripts?
No, I’m sorry, it is currently not possible to organize the Brainstorm database in a way different from what is presented in the tutorials.
This allows only two levels of classification: subject and run/condition.
