Splitting caudate nucleus into three parts

Hi,

I'm interested in extracting the detailed caudate activity.

In order to perform an ROI analysis of the caudate nucleus, could you let me tell how to split the caudate nucleus into three parts anatomically, i.e., caudate head, body, and tail?
Or does someone know the volumetric atlas, including the split caudate nucleus into three parts that can apply to the Brainstorm?

Thank you,

Hisato Sugata

If you don't find an atlas with those defined already, you'd have to create them manually. A starting point would be here: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/TutVolSource#Volume_scouts

Hi, Marc

Thank you for your suggestion.
I will try it soon.
