In analyzing functional connectivity at different frequency bands, is it correct to check the connections in all frequency bands at a unique threshold or not ??
Or should a separate threshold range be considered for each frequency band?

I guess the values could be very different between frequency bands, and therefore one single threshold might not be adapted.
Ideally, you would run statistical tests on your files to get one threshold for each value (signal x frequency, or signal x time x frequency).
