The panel "Guidelines > Epileptogenicity" has many analysis parameters hard-coded, including the duration of the time window for the time-frequency analysis.
If you want to compute the time-frequency decomposition of the "onset" file, drop the file in the Process1 box and run the time-frenquency analysis manually (multitaper or Morlet wavelets):

The second problem is that after I calculate the time-frequency z-score, choose ‘display on cortex’ and right click the figure to choose ‘Channels-SEEG contacts’, it shows an error message as below when I set the time-base to another time point.
