Z-score PAC using surrogate data

Dear Brainstorm team,
I am using Brainstorm to calculate PAC. Many papers report z-scored PAC values w.r.t a surrogate dataset. For example, Fig-5 in this paper https://www.nature.com/articles/srep37973. Is this possible to implement this in Brainstorm? Please advise

Thanks,
Raghavan

Dear Raghavan,

We have it implemented for single band tPAC, but not comodulogram. To get the z-scored value, you should run surrogate single band with the exact same parameters as your original tPAC and then run z-scoring from two-inputs processes.

This process is not publicly available in brainstorm now, but will be available next week.

Surrogate data analysis is made available for public?
