The Bio medical Imaging Group at [[http://www.usc.edu|USC]] is based in the [[http://sipi.usc.edu/|Signal and Image Processing Institute]]. We are dedicated to the development of computational methodology for the formation and analysis of biomedical images. We are currently focused on three main topics:
* The analysis of structural brain imaging data
* Spatio-temporal modeling of brain activity using electrophysiological data (EEG, MEG and depth recordings)
* Molecular imaging with PET
The '''BIG lab''' emphasizes development and distribution of software implementations of our methods – see in particular links to the BrainSuite and BrainStorm software at left.''' '''
