Average PAC values

Dear Forum Members, Developers

After computing the "time-resolved Phase Amplitude Coupling" and exporting the comodulograms, the "MaxPAC" is listed on the comodulogram but I would also need the average PAC value.
Can somebody describe the steps so I can get the average tPAC value?

Or can somebody show how to extract each PAC value from a comodulogram for each and every frequency pairing in case of time-resolved PAC?
